2. Step 1: Accessing the Corporate Download Area of the Website First, you need to access the corporate download area of the website. You do not need to log in to the site to visit this area. You can access the area by two ways: 1)Type in the following URL: http://www.workplace-english-training.com/downloads.htm. It would be advisable to bookmark the page if you intend to access the page in this way again. 2) Hover the mouse cursor over the ‘Current Issue’ main menu. item Then select the sub-menu link ‘Intranet Download Version.’

You will see the intranet downloads links towards the bottom of the page as in the image below: 1) After you log in to the site, click on the ‘Past Issues’ link on the main menu at the top of the screen. 2) Then click on the link ‘Corporate Downloads’ 3) This will take you to the Corporate Download page at: http://www.workplace-english-training.com/downloads.htm Step 2: The Corporate Download Area of the Website

4. Left click on the link under the heading ‘INTRANET FULL VERSION UPDATE.’ The link is to a password protected Zip file. After clicking on the link, the dialogue box on the right will open. Step 3: Selecting the ‘Intranet Full Version Update’ File for Download

5. After clicking ‘Save,’ you will need to locate the folder on your PC where you want to store the download file. While searching for the correct folder, you’ll see a dialogue box similar to the one on the right. Select the correct folder. 6. After opening the folder where you want to store the file, click ‘Save.’ The download file usually ranges in size from 50-70mb. Depending on the speed of your connection, it will take a while to download the file Once the file has fully downloaded, ensure that the file size matches exactly the size we specify on the download page. 7. Right click on the file you have just downloaded. A dialogue box similar to the one on the left will appear. Click ‘Extract files.’ Step 6: Extracting the Files from the Zip File Download

8. After clicking ‘Extract files’ you will need to search for the folder on your PC where you store the full version of WETE. The folder where the downloaded files are to be copied is called ‘Subsarea2.’ When ‘Subsarea2’ is selected, click ‘OK.’ Step 7: Extracting the Files to your WETE Intranet Folder

9. The download includes two files which you already have in your WETE folder. These files are updated versions of the files on your PC. The first dialogue box you see will be similar to the one on the right. It will ask you if you want to copy over the existing files on your PC. 10. When the new e-magazine issue folder extraction begins, you will see a dialogue box similar to the one on the right. Type in the password emailed to you by our staff. Wait for the full extraction to finish. UPDATE COMPLETE! Step 9: Unlocking the Password Protected Directory
