9 June 2007 The standards for cells, tissues and organs (CTO) finalized December 2007 The Safety of Human Cells, Tissues and Organs for Transplantation Regulations (CTO regulations) created August 12, 2008 CBS officially merged with CCDT $35 million over the next five years provided by the federal, provincial and territorial ministries of health
