11. The team works together, designs the project, checks the budget and comes up with a solid concept…

13. So, the project works for the developer and we begin the process by meeting with the….

16. So, after reviewing and implementing the new ordinances and design standards, the project has changed a little..

17. And, after three trips to Italy, the new elevations take shape…

18. With Planning Satisfied, we then schedule our next meetings…

19. We suddenly hear a strange sound… “NIMBY!” “NOT IN MY BACKYARD!” “NIMBY!” THE ‘CAVE’ PEOPLE HAVE ARRIVED! CITIZENS AGAINST VIRTUALLY EVERYTHING “NIMBY!”

20. Its’ the NEIGHBORHOOD groups!!!!
