Summary:  Teachers will need to be knowledgeable about the technologies accessible to them and their students.  Teachers are required to teach the student how to carefully and effectively use the computer and other technology tools including digital cameras, scanners, printers etc..  Students will also need to know how to research information using technology. i.e. Determine whether or not The Very Hungry Caterpillar has been checked out using the library’s electronic catalog.

16. Summary continued  Students will have to learn about Microsoft Word.  Students will have to be taught how to use programs such as Inspiration that have webbing capabilities.
