2 Call by Ministers in 1994 Created in 1997, and registered in 2002 Focus: -Improving policy research, analysis and formulation -Developing human and institutional capacity for coordinated policy dialogue -Improving policy decision making Stakeholder categories: - Farmers, Government, Researchers, Private sector, Media, Development Partners Members/National nodes in 16 African countries: Angola, Botswana, DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Namibia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
