3 Strategic Plan FIU’s last strategic plan was the 2001- 2010 Millennium Strategic Plan The appointment of President Mark Rosenberg in the Fall of 2009 coincided with the need to develop a new strategic plan.

Provide a physical environment that is aligned with the learning needs of students, taking into account the urban nature of the university.
