1 “ Women & Work: Taking Charge of Your Career Success” Wednesday, July 15, 2015 - Noon Caryanne Keenan, Assistant Director for Career Development, Ithaca College Caryanne is a career development professional with over 10 years of experience in individualized career counseling for traditional and nontraditional college students and alumni. In her role, she develops and presents career-related workshops and programs, develops peer advising programs, handles event planning and management, and creates reference materials and newsletters. Over the last few years, Caryanne has specialized in topics related to female workers, such as professional confidence and mobility, salary negotiation, work/life balance, and financial literacy. The webinar will begin shortly... The gender pay gap. Double standards."Superwoman Syndrome." These are just a few of the challenges that many women continue to face in the workplace. During this session, Caryanne will explore specific strategies to tackle these and other issues, as well as ways to create success for yourself in work and in life.
