3. How is a Hallmark Modular Home built? Today’s Hallmark Modular Homes are models of efficiency and quality. The building process begins at the design phase. We use state of the art computer design programs to customize floor plans and produce drawings and material lists. Once designed, the building process begins. This process is similar to what you’ve seen during the construction of houses in your neighborhood. However, since your home is built in a controlled environment (in-doors) we are able to use better quality materials, control all phases of assembly in far greater detail, build in far greater structural strength while exceeding typical building code requirements.

Final completion is handled by your local builder/general contractor, or the buyer and includes connection of utilities to the home and a short list of finish work.
