Recently the day care has been criticized in the press as being physically abusive towards its children, but no formal charges have been filed. Paul can’t afford any other day care center and refuses to remove his daughter.” Choice 1— Try to explain to Paul why he should remove his daughter from the daycare. 16 Scenario Three “You are walking in the hallway and you see one of your friends in a classroom talking to his teacher. It appears the teacher is being flirty towards your friend. The issue of consensual sex is often only brought up when there is some sort of doubt about whether both people engaging in sex want it to happen. However, consent is a topic that should be discussed whenever you're thinking about a possible sexual encounter.
