1 Tidal Energy for Power and Profit
Water Wall Turbine Tidal Energy for Power and Profit

2 The Problem The Emerging Tidal Energy Market needs a disruptive, cost effective technology to become a major player in Renewable Energy Market Place Throughout the entire presentation you must tie it back to the pain statement and the value proposition

3 Water Wall Turbine Disruptive Technology
Highly Efficient Energy Extraction Low Installation Costs Low Energy Production Cost Absolute Eco- and Bio-friendliness Construction & Installation Simplicity No long term effect on Habitats Scalable 500kW, 1MW, 2MW, 5MW, 10MW Single or Multiple installations Float technology channels & accelerates current Harvests both Potential and Kinetic Energy Fully assembled turbine floated to the site Deep or shallow waters operation Bi- or Mono-Directional (Tidal or River Currents) International IP patents 3

4 Market Opportunity Two important market segments for WWT:
Diesel Generation Displacement 200,000 units world wide for remote communities On-Grid Connection Predictable clean energy

5 Market Development Plan
Step 1 – First Commercial Site Remote Private Fishing Lodge ROI based on diesel displacement 1 MW Turbine Step 2 – Other Remote Communities Based on first installation success Minimum 2 other units in the area 1 – 2 MW Turbines Step 3 – On-Grid Project Approved on-grid site 2 MW Turbine Generate $1 million per year in sales to Utility Step 4 – International Sales Develop sales plan / international licensing Many prospects already awaiting initial results How fast will you penetrate the market? What will you need to accomplish your goals at each stage? Time to profit? Time to revenue?

6 Product answers the need for low cost, predictable clean energy
Development Status Detailed design complete 1:6 scale model ocean testing Initial site approvals complete First customer committed based on successful installation systems test

7 Industry-leading energy extraction efficiency
Competitive Edge Key competitive edge: Low cost development use of well-established wind components all power train components are surface mounted Low life cycle costs Ease of operation and maintenance on secure floating platform Industry-leading energy extraction efficiency Low cost of electricity ( cents per kWh)

8 Financial Forecast World Market comprises Tidal and River Streams for either remote power, diesel displacement and on-grid operation in multiple arrays. With 200,000 commercial diesel units installed world wide, an estimated 1% are near a fast moving current. Multi-array systems in large tidal areas are expected From inquiries to-date, an estimate of 20 units with in the first 2 years of operation are expected. Total units expected over 5 years in excess of 200 units. At a cost of $2,000,000 per MW produced, the total sales could realistically reach $400 million
