4. 2. Hour If it is on the hour – Use the number for the current hour – Example: 3:00 -> Tres If it is before the half hour – Use the number for the current hour – Example: 7:15 -> Siete If it is after the half hour – Round up and use the number for the next hour – Example: 4:45 -> Cinco
