7. What means implementation? IPF/IFF Proposals for Action implementation means: an assessment of the IPF/IFF Proposals against the existing national forest programme or other forest-related policy frameworks according to national priorities, the integration and internalisation of the IPF/IFF Proposals into existing national processes, and the identification of country-specific action, within national forest programmes or other processes. UNFF: ”countries will set their own national priorities, targets, and timetables for action and will systematically assess and analyse the proposals in their national context”
