Introduction  Background of changing the website : based on the usability testing we conducted, we identified some difficulties with the current web site and irrelevant relationship between task and student activity in the reality.  We hope the new website can help students to find what they want to know, see and use.

Criteria to measure the usability  Success rate when performing a task measured in percent of test users capable of finishing a task.  Task performance measured by the amount of time it took an average user to perform an average test.  Subjective satisfaction measured by the user’s answers to questions, body language and facial expressions:

14. Suggestions for changes include  Adding search feature on the main page (Home page)  Renaming one of the categories from ‘About DePaul’ to ‘DePaul & faculty’  Adding more information on subsequent pages
