2  To provide a trusted forum for the exchange of knowledge, experience, and information related to the protection of our nation’s critical infrastructure both physical and cyber…foreign or domestic threats…  “Critical infrastructures are those physical and cyber-based systems essential to the minimum operations of the economy and government.” (Presidential Decision Directive-63, May 1998)  The Members Alliances and the FBI partner to form InfraGard InfraGard’s Mission 2

3 Nationwide: –86 chapters, 40,255 members. Each chapter is a non-profit 503(c)(3) with its own board of directors. –National board of directors – provide guidance to local leadership.  Requirements: U.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident. Pass a limited FBI records check. Sign a privacy and non-disclosure agreement.  Cost to join: Personal Commitment  ROI: Priceless Who is InfraGard? 3
