New legal requirements  eManifest as a mean to proof Union status of goods will be covered by PoUS system: definition of the system scope will be redrafted accordingly; no major impact in terms of process: standard T2L/T2LF registration/presentation process is applied; description of the proposed implementation alternative (central development) will be redrafted providing more technical details on system architecture 3

New legal requirements  Provisions on supervising the use of the proofs: additional functionality 'Register Proof usage information' will be added at the level of Presentation office; information about the use of Proof will be stored in CR and will be available each time when the Proof query is performed. 4

5. Next steps Publication of the updated business case: 12.12.2014 Discussion and approval in Customs Business Group meeting: end Jan 2015 Submission for approval to COM internal governance bodies (ITSC, ISPMB) 5
