6 What have we done? Functional system releases: – RMS 2.0 ‘go live’ 21 August 2014 – submissions – Assignment, Assessment & Rejoinders (AA&R) Release – Submissions, AA&R update Institutional Liaison Officer (ILO) Group Set up – Conduits of information between ARC and Research Offices – Teleconferences with ILO groups at each functional release 15 August (RMS 2.0 release) 13 and 14 October (AA&R) 25 November Submissions, AA&R update

7 What have we done? RMS 2.0 internet page – Updates – Changes – Outages – Contacts – User guides Consultation and Communication – Effective stakeholder engagement based on cooperation and consultation

8 Improvements The ARC Help Desk has received around 2,500 queries in relation to RMS 2.0 – Locked accounts – Log in issues – Reset passwords We have already rectified the login issues by providing account lockout information on RMS 2.0 screen. It now advises you of how many attempts you have remaining and if your account is locked Users will now be notified when an email has been sent following a password reset
