19 Woodfibre LNG Approval Process Required permit types Development Permits (DP) – DP1 – Protection of the Natural Environment – DP 6 – Industrial Form & Character – DP 11 – Protection of Riparian Areas Site Alteration Permit Work Permit Building Permit

20 Woodfibre LNG Approval Process Project sites for compressor station and processing facility are currently zoned for those uses. Rezoning not required. None of the required permits are discretionary. If application meets guidelines/regulations permit must be issued. Approvals from other agencies are required. District of Squamish will not authorize works until all other agency approvals are in place.
