11. Most misunderstood AND often complained about industry issue – POSTs
Machine resellers don’t talk about them when selling machines
Every machine requires a POST
Software developers only provide generic POSTs
That can be used by multiple customers
That can be used on multiple machines
Customers don’t understand why they should have to pay for them
When they add new machines
When the change equipment
When they want custom POSTS
Value Added Software Reseller are caught in the middle

12. POSTs {continued} In the volume machining world machine time is money
In the job shop world time-to-program is money
Customers don’t really like generic POSTs and want their code the way they want to see it
In the software world custom POSTs take time and cost money
MLC is capable of creating POSTs from scratch or capable of the most complex custom POSTs

13. How to get the best customer service from MLC
Call at auto attendant press 7
Monday – Friday there are assigned dedicated support staff. If they don’t answer, they are on calls with other customers.
Leave a message and you will be called back. Otherwise, press # and 3 and customer service will open up a case for you.

Essentials public classes
Advanced public class (warning, they do get cancelled quite often due to low attendance)
Onsite custom classes (cover whatever the customer wants)
Application Services - pretty much whatever a customer needs we can do (best-in-class techniques, programming parts, customization, assess process)
