11. 3. Guidelines and tools for RHMTs improved  RMSS-C, RMSS-H tools developed through extensive consultation.  RMSS Manual approved by MOHSW.  RHMT planning and reporting formats reviewed to revise the Guideline to be approved by MOHSW. 11

Regional Management Supportive Supervision (RMSS)  SS for proper functioning of offices in health public administration  2008-2011: Development and use of Central Management Supportive Supervision (CMSS).  2011-2014 : Development/dissemination of RMSS to Council Health Management Teams (RMSS-C) and to Regional Referral Hospital Management Teams (RMSS-H). 12
