2. Graduation Week Monday – June 15, 2015 Prom – 7:30 pm – 12:00 pm – The Legends Room (Moncton Coliseum-Agrena) – Potential grads and their guest Safe Grad to follow ( Students pre-register - $10 each) – 12:30 am to 6:00 am – Sportsdome / Trimble

3. Graduation Week Tuesday – June 16, 2014 Report cards picked up from HR teacher (1:00 pm – 2:00 pm) Gown is picked up in room 118. Need report card and all debts paid prior to receipt of gown Report Cards and gowns MUST be picked up by 2:00 pm!

4. Graduation Week Wednesday, June 17, 2015 Graduation Day – Wesleyan Celebration Centre Practice: 9:00 am (All grads that are attending need to be there!) Students receive 6 tickets (Extra available at the main office after the practice.) Graduation ceremony – 6:30 pm. Grads wear gowns and dress appropriately.

5. Graduation Week Wednesday, June 17, 2015 Graduation Day – Wesleyan Celebration Centre Reception will follow. Gowns returned before grads leave Centre Free 5 X 7 photo of child receiving diploma

6. Graduation Fees We do everything to keep costs low but there are expenses that cannot be eliminated Rental of graduation gown Purchase of memento cap & tassle Facility rental / decorations / set-up Reception following graduation Diploma cover Prom facility rental / decorations Safe grad festivities and associated costs

7. Graduation Fees Attending All Events$170.00 Diploma only$20.00 Graduation ceremony only$75.00 Prom only$75.00 Payments can be made at the main office – Receipt will be provided Cash, school cash online or cheque accepted. (Make cheques payable to Harrison Trimble High School) Can be paid in installments. (Ex: $70, $50, $50) ALL FEES NEED TO BE PAID BY MAY 22, 2015
