Holds the highest career scoring average at 31.5 pts per game in the regular season and 33.4 in the playoffs. He ranks 3rd all time in career points at 29,277 and 1st (there’s that first again!!) in the playoffs at 5,987. He holds many other playoff records, steals with 376, free throws made at 1,463. If you were listening, I mentioned 84 was a great year! During that summer, Jordan made his first appearance at the Olympics. As a member of the U.S. Olympic basketball team, he won the gold at the games that year. and later helped the American team bring home the gold medal at the 1992 Olympic Games.
