He/she needs to know the rules and regulations to get all correct  Terminology,  Contract Models  RYL and RT-files etc. Constructor needs the spec for the actual building work. Constructor searches for corresponding materials

3. 3 Building Specifications Tool We are creating a Building Specification Tool, which connects the RT Building Information File, government rules, RT Product Information (later also called TEHO) and CAD/BIM models. Specification Tool should be easy to use, efficient and time-saving - even a pleasure to use in everyday work. It should have a different UI for different purposes like planning vs. construction. –There´s another demand for usability at the construction site. It should be mobile, accessible at any time, anywhere with any device. –Material choice is finally made by constructor.
