8 SHRP2 Implementation | July 22, 2014 Implementation Assistance Program So Far… SHRP2 IAP projects underway in 48 states; more coming in round 4 Applications Received (Rounds 1-4): 414 –from 49 State DOTs + DC DOT –from 38 MPOs –from 10 tribes, 6 “others,” FHWA/FLH Awards (Rounds 1-3): 65 recipients received 146 awards (representing work on 180 projects*) –44 State DOTs + DC DOT –16 MPOs –1 tribe, 3 “others,” FHWA/FLH Beyond the IAP – successful implementation efforts ongoing in Traffic Incident Management (L12) – 41 states involved Thus, all 50 states + DC are engaged in SHRP2 implementation
