3 Pinky Activity Review On one piece of paper, write the names of the members of your group and the velocities you calculated. Turn that paper in. Let’s discuss the activity we did on Friday. Some questions we will be discussing are as follows: What is the shape of the graph? Why? Why did we set the equation =0? What does the starting height represent on the graph? What does the ending height represent? How would a higher velocity effect the time of flight? A lower velocity?

What does the 80 represent? You and your partners will work together to answer the questions on the front side of the worksheet. You are looking for key features of the graph and function.

Your job is as follows:  Write your function on your poster  Create a table of values for the function.  Graph the parent function in one color.  Graph the function you were given in a DIFFERENT color.
