4 New Material – Example 1 Today we will investigate the inverse of a function. How do we do this? – Step 1: Graph original points and create graph. – Step 2: Switch x and y values (THIS GIVES US OUR INVERSE) – Step 3: Graph inverse values. This gives us our inverse function. – Step 4: Make a concluding observation.
