11 Group work Explore the case you are dealing with and look at the whole process (all stages of the cycle):  Go through process model “guidelines” and note: What will be the key steps to take (have we missed something so far?) What shall we do differently (e.g. things to add)?  What have been / will be the key challenges in the process? (note these while you work on section 1)  Conclusions: About the process model guidelines: is it helpful? How can we use it?
