Assess loan requests or commercial credit applications through interview with applicants and checking applications forms, references, pay slips, and other information Conduct financial analysis and prepare credit report for credit approval Analyze credit information, evaluate degree of risk and make recommendations on bank loans Job Nature
Monitor account performance and follow up on overdue accounts Answer enquiries concerning loan balances or commercial accounts and credit standing of customers Prepare papers setting out conditions and periods of loans and rates of repayment Prepare reports of loans and accounts which have ‘outstanding’(unpaid) amounts Job Nature

These may include short-term goals, or buying a house, funding education, travel etc. to meet clients’ financial and personal values and attitudes. Step 3 Identifying the problems that may prevent them from attaining their financial goals.
General Job Nature Step 4 Preparing a written financial plan that identifies recommended investments reflecting the client's attitude to risk. Step 5 Implementing the agreed financial plan. Step 6 Reviewing and revising the plan to ensure it stays up-to-date and relevant to the economic climate and the client's changing lifestyle.
Requirement For Applicants Higher Diploma or University Degree in any discipline (Major in Finance, Business, Account, Economics, Social Work is preferred.) or mature candidate with business experience. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, strong connection network. Aggressive, passionate, industrious, self-driven, energetic, career-minded and sales-oriented with a strong desire to succeed. Mature, outgoing personality, work independently with innovate mindset and an entrepreneur mind for a career. Self confident, initiative, proactive, ambitious, dynamic and high caliber.
Requirement For Applicants Willing to study continuously and work under pressure. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese). Dare to take challenges to develop yourself with a prosperous lifetime career and business. Have at least 2 years' working experience preferred. Experience in bancassurance, sales and marketing would be an advantage.
