Introduction of the ‘Open Door Team’ approach to support for students with emotional, psychological and mental health difficulties [from 1.9.08] 3. Prepare for the new national points based immigration system [students – 1.2.09] 4. Prepare allocation plan for ‘new’ Goodricke College in October 2009

Develop a set of confidentiality protocols for SSS and possibly the SSS network 7. Complete review of 3-year social norms based alcohol project 8. Review of Disability Services 9. 7 Some of the future challenges Significantly improve our IT interactivity with students. Develop options for increasing accommodation for students with families. Improve student financial capability. Continue to roll out support for international students. Develop the ‘welfare’ links: SSS, departments and Colleges.
