6 Enterprise Continuity Management Program This presentation and its content is the intellectual property of The Ohio State University MOU Details – Costs All members share software costs per percentage of institution’s total operating and non-operating revenues Future members will pay either: –Percentage of original purchase price and on- going maintenance (based on recalculated total cost per institution’s total revenues) –Cost of additional users licenses All members share portion of “Super Administrator” costs All members share the cost of L10 configuration

7 Enterprise Continuity Management Program This presentation and its content is the intellectual property of The Ohio State University MOU Details – Length of Term Three-year agreement –Official membership in the BCP Federation will occur on a three year cycle –At the end of the three years (July 1, 2009), the members of the BCP Federation will have the option to continue or dissolve the BCP Federation –Any member of the BCP Federation may withdraw from the BCP Federation at any time; however fee payment must continue for the three-year term

8 Enterprise Continuity Management Program This presentation and its content is the intellectual property of The Ohio State University MOU Details – Governance The BCP Federation established an Executive Governing Board (EGB) on March 31, 2006 Each institution is equally represented on EGB Up to two system sponsors from each institution may serve on the Executive Governing Board Each institution is entitled to one vote per institution; all matters decided by majority vote (as needed) EGB Chair: –One year term that rotates between institutions –No institution may chair the EGB for two consecutive years

9 Enterprise Continuity Management Program This presentation and its content is the intellectual property of The Ohio State University MOU Details – Change Control EGB established an initial / baseline LDRPS configuration No major re-design considerations accepted for two years Local Admins constitute a LDRPS Change Control Board (CCB) –All changes that affect any cross-institutional users submitted to the CCB –Each institution is entitled to one vote per institution; all matters decided by majority vote (as needed)
