4 Take the Motivational Analysis Click on and print the Motivational Analysis (Adapted from Marilyn Mackenzie and Gail Moore. The Volunteer Development Toolbox, 1993.) Each of the 10 items consists of 3 related statements. Select the statement that most closely describes your preference, most of the time. There are no right or wrong answers. It takes volunteers motivated by Achievement, Affiliation, and Influence to do the tasks we identify for our volunteers.
