13 Selling your skills in applications and interviews Situation Task Action Result e.g. I looked after a small team of helpers in my part time job as an Events Assistant. I made sure that each member of the team was aware of their tasks on the day and who to go to if there was a problem. The result went very smoothly and we received a letter of thanks from the customer.
