2. 2 The Punch Out Catalog System The punch out shopping catalog for Newark takes the user directly into that vendor’s website and online catalog while remaining within Arizona BuyWays. All browsing, shopping, real-time inventory lookup and pricing are done from the vendor’s website and their catalog. When finished shopping and putting items into a shopping cart, all the information is automatically transferred back to Arizona BuyWays for requisitioning, account code distribution, delivery information, approving and creating purchase orders. To change the quantity on an item that has been added to a requisition, return to Newark, put the item back into the cart with the new quantity and checkout. The new quantity will override what is in the requisition. Newark is located under the MRO/Facilities Category for Arizona BuyWays.

3. 3 Newark Home Page Office Depot Tool Bar Functions The home page options can be used for creating orders: 1) To find and select items by searching the on-line catalog, utilize the Product Search Tab or the Browse Categories Tab. This is similar to searching through a paper catalog. 2) Search the on-line catalog using keywords (i.e. flashlight) or Newark Part or Manufacturer numbers. 3) Create a personalized favorites list or add items to your shopping cart from an existing list by selecting the Favorites Tab. O4) Use the Order Form Tab to enter quantities and item numbers directly into your cart.

4. 4 Or, search by Keyword, Newark Part Number, Mfg. Name or Part Number or UNSPSC Code. Quick Buy is the fastest way to buy. Enter the Part Number and the Quantity and press BUY. Product Search – Quick Buy

5. 5 Browsing enables the user to narrow the search for a desired product. Next Browse Category Feature Select a category to narrow the search to a subcategory.

6. 6 Click on the search results and select a product. Enter the quantity and click BUY. Browse Category Feature

7. 7 Click on the part number for more product information such as Lead Time, Inventory Levels, and Datasheets Press the back button to return to search results Product Detail

8. 8 Continue shopping or complete your order by clicking on Go to Order Form button. Shopping Cart

9. 9 The Order Form enables the user to edit quantities or remove items from the cart. If the order is complete, click the Process Order button. Review the order and click the Send Order button. Order Form Once the order is sent, the items will return to Arizona BuyWays for requisitioning. If changes need to be made, click on Order Form

10. 10 To save favorite items, check the box next to the part number and click on the Add Favorites button. Favorites List To view favorites list, click on Favorites icon. ** Note ** The Newark Favorites List is shared by all AZ BuyWays Users.
