2. ØUC is located in three neighbouring towns Halden, Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad, in the southeast corner of Norway. We are a medium-sized University College with 4.000 students and 450 staff members. About Østfold University College (ØUC)

16. ØUC participates in a number of international co- operation programmes: Socrates/Erasmus, Leonardo da Vinci and Nordplus. We have bilateral agreements with European Universities, but also a few American and Australian Universities.
