Why is it important to have a mentor? Write an essay about how you would benefit from one. Why is it important to discover your passions? What have you gained from the website? Write a quick update in your personal page. Post your questions about the career that are not answered in the FAQs or the career profile Interview someone in your neighborhood who you think is a good mentor. Ask them how they found their passion. Create a timeline of your ideal path to a career you're passionate about. Come up with a "job decision matrix" with the pros and cons for a few of the careers you've read about What are some qualities of a good mentor? What are the qualities of a bad mentor? Write a personal manifesto declaring what you're passionate about right now. Find organizations or businesses in your local neighborhood which have the qualities of the career you're interested in. What are the similarities and differences? Approach someone you'd like as a mentor and tell them about your passions and why they would be a good mentor to help you achieve them. Pretend it's now twenty years into the future, and you are reflecting on the life choices you made in a speech to a graduating class of high school seniors. Tell them about your passions and why you made the specific choices you made. Create a job description for the perfect job for you Create a fake "classified ad" asking for your dream mentor.
