Business process improvements typically under a program of work. E.g. SOA initiatives, or B2B / G2G trading initiatives, compliance, KPI reporting etc. Cultural change is often appreciated but overlooked (i.e. Impact)

10 Process Does Matter Traditional EAI is just the enabling technology to service process improvement (that is not the process improvement!) Companies still focus too much time and $$ on ESB / EAI – that is a means to an end! Work top down – requirement will drive the technology.
