4 Program Strategies Website – useful, but not essential Engage library staff Staff task force Educate staff! Build faculty contacts one by one Leverage other campus activities – “piggy backing”

5 Build faculty contacts Develop contacts on specific issues Begin dialog and engage interest Develop future advocates, participants in events, etc. Examples: ACS & PubChem World Association of Medical Editors
