Enquiries –Zila Nazim can ask Tehsil, Town or Union Nazim to conduct an enquiry to any matter concerning LG and take appropriate action on the report of that enquiry.

Monitoring by Committees Monitoring Committees elected by the Zila Council shall be responsible for monitoring the offices of District Gov. and prepare quarterly evaluations reports

11. XV. Internal Controls Monitoring Committees may recommend bonuses and performance pay to the functionaries of the local government. 139. Code of Conduct Committees –There shall be a code of conduct committee in each council –It shall ensure adherence of all members of the councils, Nazims and Naib Nazims to the prescribed code of conduct
