8 8 What they’re looking for As an MBA seeking a summer internship or full-time role, you need to demonstrate to companies that you:  Have a good understanding of the industry  Know the role of an Associate/Intern  Can articulate why you want to pursue a career in a particular industry (e.g. S&T)  Are someone people LIKE (e.g. for banking you are someone that other bankers want to work with 80+ hours per week)  Have the skills to do the job  Have a strong work ethic and can do the job
