3. Methods The metabolite concentrations were obtained using LCmodel quantification algorithm. The metabolite concentrations were obtained using LCmodel quantification algorithm. LCmodel analyses the in vivo spectrum as a linear combination of individual in vitro metabolite spectra that constitute a basis set.
