4 Enrolment trends: Estimated 9.9% over enrolment across the sector in 2010 Early data for 2011 indicates total growth in CSPs of over 10% since 2009. The increase in enrolments will substantially contribute to the Government’s 40% attainment ambition. Demand driven funding system
