2 From 1997 – 98: We had introduced basic environmental science to every department of RUPP, Late of 1999: we formed a unit to develop an undergraduate curriculum in environmental science, 2000: We started to offer the undergraduate program in environmental science, 2001: We received the Ministerial Deceleration no. 296 G>y>k>Rbk to officially establish the department of environment. Background

3 Program and Enrollment A 4 years program Once a year (Max. 50 students) Enrollment period: July – August Commencement date: Late September

4 Curriculum  2000-2006: Multi disciplinary program  2006/07 – present: –Natural resources management (NRM) and –Pollution and urban environmental studies (PUES)  Rotate every 2 to 3 years.
