The Visit to Bunker Hill From the Airport we went straight to the sight of the battle of Bunker Hill. We found out that the hill that the battle actually took place on was called Breeds Hill. This was an amazing battle between the British and Colonials.

Seeing the U.S.S. Constitution  The U.S.S. Constitution is the oldest commissioned naval vessel in the U.S. Navy.  It is not far from the sight of the Battle of Bunker Hill so we simply took a little stroll down to the wharf.

Touring The Adams’ Residences  W W W We visited the homes where the John Adams and John Q. Adams used to live.  B B B Both of these men were former Presidents of the United States.  I t was interesting to see what each former President had to live with while on vacation or when they had retired from the Presidency.

Traveling To Joseph Smith’s Birthplace On Sunday July 4 th we went to Joseph Smith’s place of birth in Sharon Vermont. It was warm peaceful day and a way cool experience.

Hearing the Declaration Of Independence being read On the evening of July the 4 th we participated in a little patriotic march that led us to a downtown section of a suburb of Boston. In this little downtown section we were able to hear the reading of the Declaration of Independence to celebrate our Liberty.

The Flight Home  On the way home we missed our flight from Boston to Denver and actually had to fly to Chicago and spend the night there.  We ended up getting home just fine the next day and just relaxing.  It was a good end to a long trip.
