3  Submit completely filled group funding application form which is available online on GPSA website – www.gpsa.neu.edu to GPSA office at 104F Ell Hall or mail it to 434 Curry Student Centerwww.gpsa.neu.edu  Maximum amount: $ 3000/academic year

4  If your event needs money upfront for any contract. It should be submitted to your Program Advisor in Student Activities at least 8 weeks in advance. As processing contract as per University rules takes about 6 – 8 weeks.  If student group is going to spent initially and then submit the invoices, in that case application must be submitted at least 2-3 weeks before the event

6  Review/Approval by GPSA – Finance Committee  Once approved by Finance Committee, event allocation form is processed and submitted to GPSA Advisor

7  Review/Approval by GPSA Advisor  Once approved by Advisor, your event allocation form is sent to Student Activities Business Office (SABO)

8  If student group has good standing with Student Activities Business Office (SABO), your group application is approved by SABO and amount is moved to group’s budget account  On approval by SABO, approval mail is sent to the group indicating amount they are approved for

9  If there are any errors or last minute changes, the VP of Finance must be notified of those changes prior to the event

10  Group need to submit the corresponding receipts and invoices to Student Activities Business Office to get reimbursed for the amount they have spent on the event
