Click on the link titled "Class Schedule.“ Enter your OSU username and password. Use drop-down menu to select CURRENT QUARTER. Click on the button labeled "View Schedule.“ Click on the button with instructor’s name in the "SEI Online" column. Respond to the 10-item questionnaire.
