5 Commercial Foodservice Equipment Our kitchen is equipped with the same modern commercial cooking equipment featured in hotels, restaurants, and commercial food service operations.

6 Hands – on cooking experience Our students, under the guidance of our culinary faculty, prepare a variety of foods using a wide range of culinary methods and techniques.

7 Personalized Instruction Our experienced culinary staff interact closely with our students to provide personalized instruction.

8 Culinary Arts Certificate Program  We offer a 1 – year certificate program, with full – time study, in culinary arts.  These classes will apply towards our 2 – year associate degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Hotel Management, and Nutrition.

9 ACF / Nation’s Capital Chef’s Association Cook’s Apprenticeship Program It is a 3 year period of paid training through full – time employment under the supervision of a qualified chef.
