8. Issues and Concerns Funds released from state to every Institution -SC/PHC/CHC/DH/Medical Colleges Districts asked to send fund requirements for distributing retrospective benefits since 1.04.06. None received. Capacity Building at all level to understand the concept  SOEs/UCs do not reach in time and hence further releases affected.
