Voucher Dates Prior to 202c –Ledger information used to determine voucher Since 202c –Voucher pulls information based on the certification voucher dates –Most recent effective certification will be utilized to determine the SUBRNT amount Benefits of this change –No question about when the voucher started –Amounts cannot be continually changed as they once could via the ledgers

4. 4 2. Adjustment Method Prior to 202c –Each adjustment was reflected individually as a monthly adjustment Since 202c –Adjustment reflects the total adjustments amounts summarized

5. 2. Adjustment Method Pre-202c Adjustments –Each month has its own line –2/1/09 correction creates the following adjustment page:

6. 2. Adjustment Method Post-202c –Only two or three lines per adjustment, no matter how long a span of time the adjustment covers –Gives the entire amount for the period back at the old rate, then requests the entire amount for the period at the new rate

Certifications on Voucher Prior to 202c –Voucher could not be created when there was a certification pending export Since 202c –Voucher can be created with a certification pending –Voucher only reflects certifications that have been exported –If someone is missing – make sure the certification is not in the pending state or voucher date is for future month

8. 8 4. OMDB Expiration Dates Prior to 202c –HUD updated the OMDB dates on 59s Since 202c –OMDB expiration dates are no longer required on the 59; therefore these have been removed

9. 9 5. Partial 59 Partial 59 scenarios: –Transfer –Gross Rent Change (GRC) –Termination Prior to 202c –Full 59 printed like any other scenario Since 202c –1 page 59 prints for the partial scenarios

IMAX/WASS The Tracs Dialer has been removed EIV Login and WASS Password Reset –The system will now prompt for WASS ID/Password each time you make a submission or check your tracsmail messages. –Per HUD regulations software cannot store this information –Users must log into the Secure Systems site once a month and change their password every three months. –REAC has begun resetting passwords. Logging into EIV will become mandatory, and if it is not accessed, passwords will be reset Coordinator role –WASS IDs set up in a Coordinator role are used to assign roles and open access for other WASS IDs under the same contract Secure Systems login –Logging in and using the tools available
