3 Scientific Program Preliminary Conceptual Design done! Serious detailed work will start next summer. Especially for 2008, must not lock in too soon (LHC!!!). Organizers active in all main fields of interest –Both Fermilab Collider Experiments –Both B-factory Experiments –Atlas and CMS Experiments –Accelerator and non-accelerator neutrino experiments –Astrophysics and Cosmology –Phenomenological and formal theory Theorists will strengthen formal component  Workshop at the IAS adjacent to ICHEP08; // sessions Outstanding people outside Penn and Princeton will be invited to join us in crafting the conference program Public lectures will be strongly featured. Banquet and reception sites identified; finalizing negotiations with Art Museum and Restaurant Assoc. Many excellent excursions identified. Serious work on science program starts next Summer. First major conference with promise of LHC data. We promise you an exciting and enjoyable conference.
