3 Examples La ville est plus bruyante que la campagne. –The city is noisier than the country. La ville est aussi intéressante que la campagne. –The city is just as interesting as the country. La campagne est moins polluée que la ville. –The country is less polluted than the city. La ville? Cest aussi intéressante que la campagne! –The city? Its just as interesting as the country!

4 Use the following expressions with nouns to compare things and people. plus de + noun + quemore…than moins de + noun + queless…than autant de + noun + queas many…as

5 Examples Il y a plus de vaches que des canards. –There are more cows than ducks. Elle a moins de chevaux que ses grands- parents. –She has less horses than her grandparents do.
