4. www.nlib.ee The members of the Riigikogu and employees of the Chancellery are offered the following services : answering subject and data enquiries, information search from databases, selective information – regular information supply on specific subjects in an agreed way and form, compiling bibliographies, home lending and ordering literature from the National Library or through the interlibrary loan (ILL), compiling abstracts on requested subjects.

5. www.nlib.ee Open shelves: reference publications, dictionaries, law literature, collections of Estonian and foreign countries legislation, literature on economic policy, statistical collections, political approaches of different countries, reviews of the activities of governments and parliaments, Estonian and foreign newspapers and journals.
